What are your rates? Rates are based upon the size of cabin, the number of people in your party and the time of year, i.e. summer, winter or holiday.

Are your cabins furnished?  Each cabin has a kitchen or kitchenette (which means a smaller range and half-size refrigerator), range, refrigerator and a wood-burning stove or fireplace. All cabins have a microwave except for Cabin #7.  The kitchen/kitchenettes also have pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster and coffee maker. Cabins contain all of the linens and towels required for the maximum occupancy, as well as, bath soap, toilet paper and dish soap.  Paper towels are not provided.

Do all the cabins have fireplaces?  All of the cabins have fireplaces or wood-burning stoves.  The wood-burning stoves have glass fronts so you are able to see the fire.

Are housekeeping services provided?  All cabins are thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.  We do not enter your cabin after you have checked in unless you have a request.  Towels and linens may be exchanged at the office during office hours at your convenience.

Do your cabins have TV's or telephones in them?  No, we don't have telephones or TV's in the cabins. You're here to rest, relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the fantastic weather. You are welcome to bring your own TV or a local vendor rents them at a very reasonable price. We also have a payphone located on the playground.

Do you provide firewood?  We provide a limited amount of complimentary firewood and fire starter. We deliver firewood to your cabin between 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. daily. We sell bagged firewood, as well as, Duraflame logs in the office. There is the possibility, especially in the summer months, of a fire restriction. While on fire restriction, there are no fires in the fireplaces permitted. Outdoor fires are never permitted.  You can still use the outdoor grill with charcoal.

Do the cabins have air conditioning?  The cabins do not have air conditioning.  This is very typical for the Flagstaff area.  Keeping the windows closed during the day on warm days, normally keeps the cabins cool.  The nights always cool down nicely.  Fans are provided in all the cabins.

Can I bring a pet?  Your dogs are welcome! Please look under the "Policies" section for details.  (Dogs are not allowed in Cabin #5 or the B&B.)

How many people can I bring?  Cabin sizes vary some accommodating up 16 people. Our maximum occupancies are set by city code and the fire department.  We appreciate your accuracy when telling us the number of people in your party. Remember, reservations are for registered guests only.  We do not permit parties unless pre-approved by management in order to offer ALL of our guests peace and quiet.

Do you have accommodations for family reunions?  Yes, we do! In fact we have numerous family reunions every year. We also host business seminars, conferences, club meetings, scrap book parties, showers, etc. 

Do you have accommodations for weddings and receptions?  Unfortunately, we no longer host weddings and receptions.

What types of activities are available?  There are an endless lists of activities in which you can participate. We offer volleyball, horseshoes, ping pong, not to mention hiking and biking trails. The kids can enjoy our full-size playground with a merry-go round, slide, swings and playhouse. We also have an abundantly supplied game closet with puzzles, toys and board games. There are also a variety of activities available within driving distance. Check out our "Activities" page for more information.

Is there a swimming pool available?  We do not have a swimming pool on the grounds, however, indoor swimming is available at the NAU Natatorium which is located 2 miles from the Inn or at local grade schools and high schools.

What is your reservation cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is based upon what type of reservation you make.  Please review the following:
Cabin 16 and the Hogan = 14-day cancellation period.
B&B reservations = 7-day cancellation period.
One cabin reservation = 7-day cancellation period.
Two cabin reservation = 14-day cancellation period.
Three or more cabins reservation = 30-day cancellation period.
Reservations 1 week or longer = 30-day cancellation period.
Thanksgiving & Christmas reservations = 30-day cancellation period.  

Reservations  cancelled prior to the cancellation period will receive a full-refund. If you should need to change or cancel your reservation within the cancellation period, full-reimbursement is subject to re-rental period.  A $20 cancellation fee is applicable.  There are no refunds for early check-outs. (Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation, i.e. holidays, large groups, etc.)

Is the fireplace the only heat in the cabin?  No. Each cabin has central heating with a thermostat.

Are meals available in the Inn?  The Inn is a Bed and Breakfast. Only guests staying in the B&B are served a continental breakfast.  

Why is the B&B for adults only?  The B&B is for adults only because that is what our guests have requested.  We have 17 wonderful cabins to accommodate families with kids.
